Our pediatric team provides comprehensive therapy services for children from birth through 21 years of age. Doctor of Physical Therapy
Kolter earned his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in 2014 before receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2016. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), a distinction held by only a small percentage of physical therapists that recognizes advanced clinical expertise in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions. Kolter has also completed extensive postdoctoral training in orthopedic manual therapy and is certified in dry needling and myofascial decompression.
Kolter is passionate about providing individualized, one-on-one care that helps patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities that matter most. Whether recovering from surgery, managing a musculoskeletal injury, or returning to work or sport, Kolter is committed to helping every patient achieve their highest level of function and quality of life.

Doctor of Physical Therapy
Tara was born and raised in a small town in West Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Marshall University in 2013 before receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2016. Since graduating, she has dedicated her career exclusively to pediatric physical therapy. She is also a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist (PCS), demonstrating advanced clinical expertise in the evaluation and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents.
Tara has extensive experience working with children from birth through 21 years of age and enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, muscular dystrophy, gross motor delays, plagiocephaly, torticollis, spina bifida, clubfoot, concussion, and other developmental, neurological, and orthopedic diagnoses.
She is passionate about helping children reach their highest level of independence and functional potential through individualized, evidence-based care. Tara believes in partnering closely with families and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process while maintaining open communication with referring providers and other healthcare specialists to ensure each child receives comprehensive, coordinated care.
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Meagan earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2020 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2022. Since graduating, she has gained valuable experience across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, allowing her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the continuum of recovery.
Meagan has a special passion for neurological rehabilitation. During her time in inpatient rehabilitation, she discovered a calling for helping individuals recover from stroke and other neurological conditions, empowering them to regain independence and improve their quality of life. She enjoys developing individualized treatment plans that combine evidence-based practice, functional movement training, and compassionate care to help patients achieve meaningful progress toward their goals.
Whether working with patients recovering from neurological injury, orthopedic conditions, or surgery, Meagan is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where patients feel encouraged, challenged, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Occupational Therapist
Kit has been practicing in the Occupational Therapy (OT) profession for over 12 years. He obtained his Master of Occupational Therapy degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) and has worked in a variety of rehab settings including outpatient, home health, schools, and skilled nursing facilities. He uses his years of clinical experience to help maximize your recovery and improve your quality of life.
Kit is very passionate about working with athletes of all sports. He is also LSVT BIG Certified, a treatment created to help people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions address walking, balance and other activities of daily living.

Occupational Therapist
Blair obtained her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in December 2023. She enjoys working with people of all ages and treating a variety of conditions.
Blair is especially excited about the opportunity to provide pediatric OT services locally and fulfill a need for our community. She has experience assisting children with fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, reflex integration, pediatric orthopedic injuries, ADHD, sensory deficits, autism spectrum disorder, and much more!

Speech-Language Pathologist
Maura Smith earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM) in 2015. She is a licensed speech-language pathologist with experience evaluating and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. Maura is passionate about helping children develop the communication skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and in their everyday lives. She is committed to creating a positive, engaging therapy environment where children can build confidence, achieve meaningful progress, and reach their full potential. When Maura is not working, you will find her spending time with her family and serving in their church.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Madison graduated from Louisiana College in 2017, obtaining her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has experience working with patients of all ages and has worked in various settings including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility, outpatient rehabilitation, and school systems. She looks forward to serving our community by helping patients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Occupational Therapy Assistant
Kirstie graduated from Bossier Parish Community College in 2015 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has since furthered her education at Louisiana Tech University studying Psychology, Kinesiology, and Human Nutrition for a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree obtained in 2020. Kirstie is passionate about treating the human body from all aspects.
In 2021, Kirstie became certified in LSVT BIG which is an effective treatment designed to help people with Parkinson’s Disease or other neurological disorders improve mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs). She is also a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach at Spartan Fitness.

Office Manager
Kelly serves as our Office Manager and plays an essential role in ensuring every patient has a seamless experience from their first phone call through the completion of their care. She oversees referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, patient registration, billing, and many of the day-to-day operations that keep our clinic running smoothly.
Kelly is dedicated to providing friendly, efficient service and is committed to making every patient feel welcomed, informed, and supported when choosing Warner Therapy Services.
